“Then one said to Him, “Lord, are there few who are saved?” And He said to them, “Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able.” – Luke13 :23-24.

“Enter by the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it.

Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matt.7:13-14.

The king’s way is the narrow way. It’s the way known and taken by very few. It is not a popular way. It’s a way many things acceptable and approved by this world cannot pass through because of its narrowness.

It’s the way Jesus took when He walked the earth.
It’s the road His apostles and prophets walked.
It’s the same way taken by the saints who have gone before us.
And it’s the only way Christ says His followers must travel.

Though the road is narrow, even the simple, unintelligent or poor by this world’s standard can walk in it and not go astray.

Remember, it’s a very narrow road, not many things approved by this world can pass through it

But it’s the only way to eternal life – it’s called the highway of holiness.

“A highway shall be there, and a road, and it shall be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it, but it shall be for others. Whoever walks the road, although a fool, shall not go astray.” – Isaiah 35:8.
